2022 California Library Association Conference: Together Towards Tomorrow

Join your California library colleagues in Sacramento, June 2-4, for the 2022 California Library Association conference. This year’s theme is Together Towards Tomorrow.

CLA and CALL are pleased to announce a limited number of scholarships available to cover the cost of registration fees for support staff and literacy staff wishing to attend the 2022 CLA Annual Conference in Sacramento.
Scholarships are not limited to CLA members but open to all that fit the categories described below. Scholarships will be awarded on a first come; first served basis.
- The “Support Staff” category is for non-librarian level positions that include library clerks, page, assistant, technician or other job titles.
- Non-librarian supervisors may be included, such as library assistants of page supervisors who oversee staff.
- Employed as literacy coordinator (Literacy coordinators and any other paid literacy staff members from California library Literacy Services (CLLA) adult and/or family literacy programs).
- Library Staff affected by pandemic related hardship since March 2020 (laid-off, furloughed, reduced hours).
Once your application has received it will be reviewed and you will receive either an acceptance, rejection or request for more information email. Please do not attempt to register until you receive an email from us. If approved, you will be given instructions on how to register.
