Word of mouth marketing is one of the most powerful tools for boosting program engagement. Utilizing reviews from your users, patrons, clients, or community members provides credibility and allows new people to hear from the people who you’ve already helped. Additionally, focusing on user generated content on social media will help you grow your user base and following.
