Workshop 3:
Wednesday, June 1st, 2022

10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. PST

“Let’s Practice Facilitating!”

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
• Construct additional meaningful questions using the Focused Conversation Method.
• Facilitate a ten-minute dialogue on a topic that may be new to them, using as many of the new skills as possible.
• Debrief the experience using a helpful three-step feedback model (also useful for everyday work demands).

Following the completion of this facilitation training Guila Muir will be available to provide Individual one-hour coaching sessions for up to ten participants online. Only those who have participated in the training are eligible for this individual coaching.

Why else should you participate? This training will help qualify future facilitators for CALL learning event discussions.

NOTE: This workshop will have a high level of participant engagement and interaction. Participants will need a camera to fully participate in the workshop activities and will be expected to keep their camera on throughout the workshop.

About the Instructor: Guila Muir has been a leader in the Train the Trainer field since 1993. Her lively, research-based workshops support those who develop the skills of employees world-wide.
