Building Teams that Work

May 19 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Apply for a seat in this one-hour webinar.

How can we ensure our teams are successful, effective, purposeful and resilient? How can we encourage trust and engagement in our team interactions? In this CORE webinar session, participants will be asked to broadly consider how they define teams within their libraries and will be introduced to the factors that make teams successful, strong, effective and resilient.

Participants will learn how to support trust and vulnerability among team members, communicate effectively to reach team consensus, and recognize and celebrate team successes and failures.

More about Building Teams that Work, from CORE, a division of ALA.
