This workshop explores how appreciating the contributions of others to our lives and cultivating a feeling of connection with others can give us strength, comfort, and courage, especially during challenging times. While it is natural to feel overwhelmed and isolated in face the suffering, embracing our common humanity can be a powerful source of resilience and compassion. We learn that the very things which make us vulnerable also make possible our survival and flourishing as individuals, communities, and the world.
