Appreciative Inquiry (AI) is a strengths-based, positive approach to leadership development and organizational change. At its heart, AI is about the search for the best in people, their organizations, and their communities. AI is not so much a shift in the methods and models of organizational change, but a fundamental shift in the overall perspective to ‘see’ and to ‘inquire’ into our strengths, possibilities, and successes.
