Mental Health Self-Care (PLP)

Living in “unprecedented times” is incredibly challenging. The amount of change and loss around us is overwhelming, and we need fresh tools for working well under the strain. These highly interactive 2 1/2 hour zoom workshops are designed to facilitate conversation, connection, and equip teams for working well together, remotely. This workshop is presented by Karin Peabody of Dynamic Teaming. Participants will receive a link to the session via email. This workshop is only for PLP member public library staffers, and registration information is available via library directors.
At the conclusion of the session, participants will be able to:
- Recognize how stress affects teams and develop tools to mitigate negative impacts
- Develop tools for working in teams
- Make personal plans for working in a new environment that includes remote work.
