Self-Compassion: Key to Resilience and Flourishing

This workshop explores Kristen Neff’s three key elements of self-compassion – mindfulness, common humanity, and self-kindness – as keys to both resilience and flourishing. Meeting life’s difficulties with self-compassion can greatly reduce our suffering and transform the very things we thought would break us into the most resilient and beautiful parts of who we are.
