THE CHALLENGE & CAPSTONE PROJECTS
The Leadership Challenge and the ECLL Capstone project bring together librarians from all over California to develop solutions to the issues important to their communities and help empower the residents of the most diverse state in the country. These leadership teams of library employees from across California work together to research an issue and potential solutions, identify existing or model programs, and developing toolkits, white papers, or other reports that can be used to drive future action. Please use the links below to access the projects from each year.
A BIG thank you to all participants for their work and commitment to serving our communities.
